Due to a thyroid condition, I have had to discontinue track training, racing and other workouts.

Currently I am starting light conditioning consisting of yoga, walking, and occaisional runs.

I am semi-retired now as I have decided to have a kid! Little Ryden is now 8 months old. I am doing light exercise and am available for helping women and children in the neighborhood that are interested in running and in ultimate frisbee. You can contact me at megan (at) ashburydesigns.com

Placed 1st in 800m with personal best time of 2:16.38, which was the fastest women's time for the championship meet.
Placed 3rd in the nation for the 30-39 age group. (mastersranking-2003.PDF)

Broke division 3 meet record for 800m at 2:21.9.

Ran the 800m, 4 X400 and 1500.

Personal: Grew up in Yokohama, Japan. I speak Japanese fluently. Didn't start running until my Junior year in high school. Majored in Cross-cultural communication in college. Worked in Japan for 6 years after college. I did one run while in Japan, the Ekiden Relay race, in 1995 and our team placed 3rd.
