I was hired to help improve their end-to-end customer experience for SEM. We A/B tested new feature sets to help drive traffic and conversion for Seattle and then eventually rolled out these features to other cities. I also worked on merchant pages, 1-click-offers, and subscription entry pages for the mobile app.
